Balance payment required 8 weeks prior to arrival date. £200 Damage Deposit to be paid at the same time as the Balance payment, refundable on inspection of property. Property available after 4 p.m. on date of arrival. Property must be vacated no later than 10 a.m. on date of departure. Cots and high chairs are free of charge (please order at time of booking). No pets allowed.
